Email [email protected] and you will reach the developer directly — there is no support team in between. Please say which iPhone and which iOS version you are on, and what you were watching when it happened.
Before you write
Most reports come down to one of these, and each has a faster answer than waiting for a reply.
No subtitles are appearing
Look at the status line above the big button on the main screen: it names whatever is still pending — a model downloading, a language pack not yet installed, or audio not being shared. Check that the video is not muted, and that the red indicator is showing in the status bar, which means audio really is being shared. Recognition works from sound, so heavy background music or several people talking at once will reduce accuracy.
The subtitle window disappeared
iOS allows one Picture in Picture window at a time, so an app that opens its own takes yours over. The audio share keeps running and the button becomes Open Subtitle Window — one tap brings it back.
Why it asks to share your screen
iOS has no way to hand one app the audio another app is playing; screen sharing is the only route that exists. The app uses the audio track only, and never records or stores your screen. The long version.
Purchases, refunds and subscriptions
All purchases go through Apple, so the developer cannot see your payment details, issue refunds, or cancel a subscription for you. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you bought the lifetime unlock while subscribed, cancel the subscription yourself — Apple does not do it automatically.
